Tigerair Chief Executive Officer Rob Sharp has personally nominated Brisbane’s Vivian Pont for ‘Employee of the Moment’ for his outstanding customer service delivery.
Vivian received a certificate from Radek Graczyk, Tigerair BNE Base Manager, on behalf of Mr Sharp last Friday at an impromptu gathering of other Brisbane team members.
The nomination relates to an event involving Vivian arranging adjoining seats for two customers who later wrote to Mr Sharp saying: “Not only did [Vivian] gladly help us, he was also extremely polite and focused on a high level of customer service. I would like to commend him for his efforts and congratulate Tigerair for choosing staff of this calibre.’
Acknowledging Vivian’s “can do spirit”, Mr Sharp told Vivian: “Your excellent customer service ethos is obvious and your actions contribute materially to the improvement in the Tigerair brand perception. You should be proud of your efforts.”
Aerocare is the largest ground handler within the Australian and New Zealand region, with more than 3,000 team members currently servicing 3,200 flights per week and 41,200 passengers per day.
